What we collect

• Account information from Google sign-in: name, email and avatar.
• The portrait photo you upload, the generated video, and job metadata.
• Credit balance, purchases and refund records.
• Basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

We use this data to sign you in, generate videos, keep your history, process payments and refunds, prevent abuse, and operate the service. We do not sell personal data.

Third-party processors

• Google for sign-in.
• Stripe for payment processing and refunds.
• fal.ai for video generation; photos are shared through short-lived signed URLs.
• Cloudflare for hosting, storage and database services.
• Google Analytics 4 for aggregate traffic and funnel statistics.
• Microsoft Clarity for session replay and heatmaps.

Cookies

Signing in requires a session cookie, which we treat as strictly necessary. Analytics is limited: we store one cookie holding your answer on the consent banner (for up to 180 days) and one holding whether your region requires asking at all (for up to 24 hours). Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity only load once analytics is allowed, and session replays have the uploaded photo, your email address and your history masked.

In regions where consent is required, nothing is recorded until you accept. You can change your answer at any time from Cookie preferences in the footer; choosing to reject stops all analytics for that browser.

Retention and deletion

Your account, credit records and generated results are kept while your account is active. Uploaded photos are deleted when a generation finishes. You can request deletion of your account and content by emailing us; some payment records may be retained where required for tax or accounting purposes.
